As a result, SARtech does not represent, warrant, covenant or guarantee that your Personal Information transmitted over the Internet will be protected against loss, misuse or alteration and does not accept any liability for Personal Information lost, misused or altered during such transmission.

Access and Correction

Once logged into your user account on the Website, if applicable, SARtech provides you with access to any Personal Information that has been collected by SARtech. If any of the Personal Information is inaccurate or out of date you are able to make changes by choosing the option to view or edit your profile and modifying the appropriate information. This information can also be modified by calling SARtech and having a Customer Service Representative modify this information for you. You may also request that your Personal Information be removed from SARtech's system and your login and password be eliminated by terminating your access to the Website in accordance with the Terms of Use.
